Kinda funny holiday for parrot heads. Dote hopelessly over one and eat the other. Just thinking out loud. Happy Thanksgiving!!

Well I have heard something about turkeys going in ovens for Thanksgiving. You know birds can't tolerate sudden temperature changes. ;D

Nikko had a wonderful Thanksgiving. He sampled the mashed potatoes, squash soup, cranberry sauce, dressing, and yams. He looks pretty satisfied right now.
EDIT: Add lemon pie to that list.

LOL Jane, The biggest travesty is that they love it! (the turkey isn't very happy though).

Joshua! I'm shocked ! I've given Nikko a little chicken before, but I neglected to give him any turkey. He had so much of all the side dishes that I figured he didn't need any. He probably would have liked turkey though. He seems game to try just about anything (except for those evil green leafy vegetables).
