Mitzi and the spider

Mitzi was in her cage and she had spotted a spider walking along the floor towards the coffee table. I saw it too just before it went under the coffee table. This has a shelf at the bottom so we couldn't see where the spider was but the spider was walking at a normal speed not scuttling and in due course and numerous little spider footsteps it appeared at the other end. It very conveniently stopped there and I caught it in a transparent container. I took it over to show Mitzi and she was very interested and was saying hello to it. When it started moving she fluffed up and moved away.
