When I uncovered Chy in the morning, she gave a little squeak. I asked her what that was about. She didn't answer at the time but later in the day she kept saying, "squeak squeak, squeaky squeak". She has never said that word before.
I think she is mocking me.

That is funny.
Mitzi plays a clicking game, she will make a clicking noise several times and I have to do the same number. She tries to catch me out.

Beaker mimics my snapping my fingernails to make clicking noises.

Manzi used to play a whistling game. He'd always start simple. Then wait for the person to copy him. He would progressively get more and more complex. Finally, he would do something absurdly complex. He loved that. I cannot whistle, but there were regular visitors who would whistle to him.
When he was outdoors in the aviary, one of the neighbors could whistle really well, and I would hear them often playing that game. They both seemed to get a huge kick out of it.

That reminds me of the delivery guys who noticed Chyloe. One said, "Oh a bird" and came over to her cage and started whistling. Chy just sat there watching him. When he stopped whistling, she said, "Well, are you going to say hello?" He was flabbergasted.
