Scorpions have killed three people and injured around 450 more in Egypt after heavy storms washed them into streets and homes in Aswan, Egypt. Doctors have been pulled away from giving vaccines to treat scorpion stings. The fat-tailed scorpions that live in Egypt are among the most deadly in the world and the venom can kill a human in under an hour.

I am glad I don't live in Egypt or Australia. I am always hearing about deadly Australian creatures too.

My husband's from Australia and his siblings often share photos of things like a tarantula the size of their hand having wandered into their house, or poisonous snakes in a lunch box.
I'm not a huge fan of giant spiders. They don't seem particularly bothered though. They often just move the animal to outside (or for snakes, call the snake control to come pick them up).

I remember seeing a segment on Keas. They are amazing. In the segment, one flock of them had discovered a place where bird nests were dug into the ground in holes. They Keas took turns biting the soil, making a larger and larger hole so they could eventually get the babies. It was kinda sad, cause the babies couldn't do anything, as they could hardly move. The kea parrots would eventually be able to reach the baby birds, which were quite large, then they'd quickly kill them by biting their necks, then eat them.
I also saw a video showing how they eat the fat from sheep. They easily break the skin, then start landing on the back, scooping up chunks of fat and gobbling it down. The sheep don't really have any defense. They try to run, cause it hurts, but they can't do much as the parrot just land on their back.
