Ash, has been for most of her 15 years of life afraid of her shadow, the color orange and well almost everything else. But, over the last few months she has become a super explorer. She wants to go everywhere and get into everything. We have a small backyard, and she always wants to be outside so we sit at the table and she'll climb around the table and chairs, until recently. Now she gets down and heads off around the yard (with me right behind her), she will poke her head into bushes, climb over rocks and if she sees a bug well she'll head off to investigate. I don't understand where she got this new sense of adventure, nothing has changed in our home for a long long time, but I'm having fun watching her.
But the color orange.. that is still the most dangerous thing in the universe.

It is so funny the way Greys are. Mitzi used to be afraid of socks - not socks on feet just any pair of socks, even if they were folded.

Chy used to be afraid of everything too. She investigates everything now. When I put a new huge toy in her cage, she is on it before I can hang it up. They must be getting braver with age.
