Hello and welcome to the forum.
That is on the light side for a CAG. They are usually in the 400g to 500g range. If he will let you feel his keel bone it should not be prominent. What is his diet?

If he was eating pellets he should still be eating them so try to get him back on those. It might be that he is filling up on fruit and not having room for more nutritious foods. Fruit and veg are important but shouldn't be the main part of the diet. You can also give him nuts, almonds are good as they have more calcium. Do not give him peanuts in their shells though as they can harbour a fungus which can cause aspergillosis, a respiratory disease.

Do you always weigh him at the same time of day? That is important for comparison purposes.

Try weighing him first thing when he gets up (but after the big morning dropping).

He weighs the same as he did a month ago then. If you feel his chest either side of the breast bone it should feel rounded and the breast bone shouldn't be prominent. A survey of Greys on the forum produced a weight range of 350g to 600g. The majority of the CAGs (12) were between 400g and 496g. There was one CAG below 400g and 4 CAGs over 500g.
I am not sure why he isn't on pellets anymore, if he had been eating them. Nuts are high in fat.

It can be difficult getting them to eat pellets. There are a lot of different brands. Have you tried Harrison's High Potency Coarse? Lafeber Nutriberries and Avicakes are also good, they contain a mixture of pellets, seeds and grains, fruit or veg, with added vitamins. Mitzi loves them and she did from the very first day she had one.
