Hi guys, Well, Picou won't let anyone of our family touch him. If we try to he will get angry and start trying to bit our hands. He is very defensive That didn't seem like a problem to us at the beginning until one day he got sick and he didn't let us get him out oh his cage to take him to the vet. Eventually, we had to put him in the other cage. He kept screaming, he lost some feathers and his face was red. It was a very stressful situation. I don't know what to do to get him to trust us and let us touch him

It is quite common that they can be wary of being touched, sometimes they will only let one family member touch them and they can also be particular about who can touch them and where they are allowed to touch them. This can be even more so if they are ill or if they are molting because they might be in pain, feeling frightened or feeling uncomfortable. He might be associating being ill with being handled.
Go slowly, spend time just talking to him and being near him without trying to touch him. Offer him treats, don't make any sudden movements.
