Beaker does not (evidently) like nor appreciate the fact that I cook him a hot meal for breakfast.
I won't mention the brand, but it is an expensive "hot meal" mix for AG's.
I cook the mix up (add water and microwave for 30 seconds) and put it in his cage.
I come home in the early afternoon and it is un-touched.
He is a very picky eater.

I do something similar for Chyloe. She loves it and actually sits on the perch in front of where I will be putting the bowl just waiting for it. If I am not quick enough, she asks for it.

I have another hot meal mix, BOB's, and all I really ever see eaten are the raisins.
At least it gets consumed a little bit.

I used to get them a parrot mix to cook, they didn't eat much of it, but then I discovered green pea pasta and red lentil pasta which is just made with pea or lentil flour. They really like it and they have it daily with veg mix and apple. (I cook a load of the pasta at a time and freeze it in small containers that are meant for baby food)
