Been raining here in Los Angeles for the last few days and before that we've had a couple good storms. Ash has been biting more. The vet said that rain can make Greys get in the mood so to speak. More rain, more food in spring. Anyone else notice a pattern with rain and biting?

Beaker has missed his air bath because of the rain so he is happy as a clam.
Usually the only time he gets weird and aggressive is when he wants to make little parrots.

I noticed that Sid gets excited with the rain, but it seems to make him want to bath, once I give him that opportunity he is loving and calm. But the biting issue for Sid seems related to a headband that I wear. I just put 2 and 2 together, after the second attack on my arm, I was wearing the same hair band and also had been cooking which also gets him excited.

My first grey used to comment on the weather. He would say, "It's raining outside" or "Mommy's going to work in all that snow." His behaviour never changed whatever the weather.
Chyloe really doesn't care about the weather although she does sing, "I'm singing in the rain", but she sings that whether it is raining or not. She is usually not a biter regardless of the weather.
