Hi all, my 24 year old African grey has been making this noise since yesterday that I’ve never heard. Not the typical breeding noise they can make while lowering their wings. It was almost like a clucking noise. I have video but unclear yet how I download since I’m new to this site. I’m very nervous. I don’t know if she sick or what’s going on. Please let me know if anyone has had a similar situation. I will try to attach video.

Hello and welcome to the forum. There is a little icon at the top right of the create post box (or when you click the orange reply button in a thread) the icon sixth from the right, to insert a video.
If it isn't breeding behaviour maybe she is imitating something? Also, I am wondering if she is about to lay an egg? Lone females of this age have been known to suddenly lay an egg.

My first grey always made a clucking sound before he learned how to talk. The fact that your bird is 24 is a puzzle.
