We all know how easily these greys get frightened. I ordered new toys online. One of them was so large, I was sure Chy would be terrified of it. It was bigger than her. It had wooden slats and yucca chunks. If it had been smooth, she would have been able to sit in it like a swing. Even expecting fear, I put it in her cage. She avoided it for 5 minutes then pounced. It took her 2 days to destroy the whole thing.
When she is not sitting on my arm, Chy is often walking around on the floor. Errol told her she is going to get stepped on and to prove it, he hovered his size 12 foot very close to her head. Instead of running away, she just put her head down for a neck rub from that huge foot.
There is no figuring out what is frightening or not.

I am wondering if she realised the toy was something she could destroy, so she saw it as a challenge rather than a threat.
