Welcome to the forum.
After a few weeks in your home, it is not normal to not make any sound. If he has not had exercise at his former home, he would find it tiring to get around. From what I can see, his nares do not seem clogged.
He looks frightened in the photos. Is he eating and drinking even though he seems not to like fruit?
Try to give him a variety of vegetables and try different fruits. Talk to him and play music.

Hello and welcome to the forum.
He needs to be eating more than just sunflower seeds and peanuts.
His eyes look pale yellow in the photo which means he is likely to be over two years old. A baby Grey will have black eyes; both the iris and the pupil are black. The iris starts to lighten after a few months and gradually progresses through dark grey, pale grey, whitish, and finally very pale yellow. Generally speaking they start to lighten around 6 months, are pale grey around a year and pale yellow by around two. Once the eyes have turned the pale yellow it is more difficult to determine age.

Most greys do well with mainly pellets supplemented with fresh vegetables, fruits and nuts. If you cannot get him to eat pellets, at least try to get him to eat more vegetables and different nuts. My Chyloe loves almonds and cashews but she eats many other things. Try giving him egg too.

Try Pistachio's (Unsalted and preferably organic) spend time being stupid with him. It helps bond. (if he makes a noise when your out of the room make the same noise back he's wondering where you are. Exaggerate silly things you say to him . It makes things interesting.) These are extremely intelligent beings. So much so that I hesitate to call them "Pets". Trust me when I say its EXACTLY like having a child. I love my Emmy like she's the daughter I always wanted. Every morning I bring her out and cut fresh organic fruits and vegetables for her while she sits on my shoulder. She gets a "Salad" in the afternoon and she repeats the process in the evening when she gets a little bit of dinner and her Nutriberries. Be Patient. It will take a while for them to take to you but its Definitely worth it when you hear them calling you and see them accepting you as theirs

thank you for reply he only want to eat sunflower seeds and peanut. this is his favorite and only food he want. sometimes he accept to eat carrot. can you determine his age? thank you Our Grey will not eat *anything* other than Zupreem FruitBlend pellets, seeds and peanuts. He will occasionally pick some cheese off of a cheeseburger, if offered. He is not interested in any sort of fruit or vegetable, doesn't respond to them as though he even thinks of them as food. Greys are supposed to like peanut butter and yogurt too, but ours turns up his nose at all these things. I suggest keeping some Zupreem or another quality pellet available at all times, and only offer him a small portion of seeds and nuts once or twice a day. Both the Vet and local pet shop owners have told us parrots will get all the nutrition they need from a quality pellet like Zupreem FruitBlend. Do you know anything about the history of your Grey? Any info about his past could possibly offer some clues to his current status. I visited a parrot rescue home sometime back. They had a couple of parrots that were very old (40 or 50), and it was mentioned these birds did not do much of anything in the way of chatter or physical activity. It's a shame the nearest vet is so far away. Your grey should really be seen by an experienced caregiver. I'd ask around a lot more, and search on Google. Perhaps there is a vet that is closer than you are currently aware of. As a 2nd option, you could take the bird to the local pet shop. While not the best source of medical advice, they handle lots of birds, and should be at least somewhat familiar with common parrot issues. Good Luck!
