Hi you guys. Kong has begun whining (like a dog) really quietly, he couples this its head moments in almost a figure eight motion. I have no idea what it is.

Okay! So I found our this is a mating behavior. He has chosen my dad to lock onto. I am leaving for college soon, Kono will be going with me. Since I am leaving I am worried that he will bond with someone other than me, and when I move out we won't have a connection. He seems to prefer my dad, and I was just wondering what I should do, if I should be worried, and what I can do to bond with him. Thanks you guys.

They tend to choose who to bond with and they tend to have different relationships with each family member.
Just spend as much time as you can with him.

you just never know. Hector loves my cousin who is here 4 or 5 times a year. But he is happy with me being his wench, bringing him food, cleaning the cage etc.
