Hello and welcome to the forum. Is there any discharge? While this can sometimes indicate a problem such as an ear or sinus infection, mine have always done it from time to time and there have been several reports of head shaking/twitching from other members. It can be more common when they are listening to something.

My grey, Sheeba, twitches her head occasionally when she is in the cage and wants to come out. She will twitch/shake her head a few times and then let out a loud screech/scream. She wants out of the cage and she knows I hate that noise. That's the only time she twitches her head. I usually will cover her cage when she gets stuck in scream mode, she always stops the screaming and starts talking when covered.

Thomas Phoenix is never in side the cage she even sleeps outside of the cage lol she only goes in to play but I have noticed that the twitching has slowed down quite a bit now and I'm taking her to vets tomorrow for check up and to have her chipped thank you so much for replying
