I travel to the Netherlands for work about every 6-12 months. Anyway, this last trip I met a guy who was telling me about a flock of parrots (potentially conures) that have been quite successful. Later in the day, I ended up seeing the flock. There were lots of birds, like 40 or so and chirpy. It is pretty amazing at how well parrots seem to be surviving after flying away from owners and creating their own flocks, especially in areas that were never native for them.

Yes it is amazing. I know there are colonies of ring necked parakeets in England.
