Hello all! very glad to be part of this forum. I just brought home my very first CAG on monday. I'VE had smaller birds before, and have been debating getting a parrot for a few years, and finally decided to take the plunge! I am thoroughly enjoying my new little girl!
Rosie is 6 months old, and says "hello" and barks like a chiwawa. She came from across the country, so spent 7 hours on an airplane-she is still warming up to us, but i really think it is because of her ordeal on the airplane. She is very snuggly, loves to be scratched, and relishes all the attention she is getting!

Feel free to ask any questions that come to mind.

Let me add my welcome as well. I agree- Greys are great even if they can be a little sensitive at times

Welcome Rosie & Rosie's Mom!!
Soon she will settle in nicely and you will wonder how you went so long without having a Grey in your life. Love the barking...DJ barks also, it is pretty funny to hear.

Welcome.
At one time I thought about changing Beaker's name to Velcro.
What a great bird.
