This is just a horrendous act against innocent civilians. After every one of these attacks, I remain numb, in a stupor trying to comprehend how after 2000 years of advanced ciivilization, man can still be this heartless and violent.
MY HEART AND PRAYERS GO OUT TO EVERYONE IN LONDON.

Hi everybody, I just got back from a month's trip to my fiancé in Canada. We both travelled to London last week, and we had actually just arrived when it happened. We got back in the Netherlands on Tuesday. It was terrible, London was a zoo and I have never seen so many policemen. Our bags were searched everywhere. The underground system was upset too, lots of trains didn't run and the place was a madhouse. When we came to one of the stations it was being searched, everybody had to wait outside. It felt very grim and I hope they catch the deaders and the brains behind them soon. Anyway, had a lovely vacation otherwise and things are going real well between us. Love is in the air... lucky us We published our bans yesterday, so I will make an official announcement as the the wedding date soon. Hope I find you all well, it has been a while and I need to catch up a lot of reading on the forum.

Welcome back Sophia. It must have been bad enough being in London last week but thank goodness you were not there on the 7th.
Glad to hear your other news!

Sorry I missed this post. My heart goes out to Londen. I watched as our twin towers fall. It makes you ill to see that carnage. sorry if i offend someone here, I know I'm a moderator, but I will resign if anyone has a problem with this. SMOKE'EM all; and let GOD sort it out with whom ever Allah is. These antics by fanatics has gone too far. Once again, my appoligies and I know free speech does not apply to the internet, been there, and won the arguement, although 3 people will remember that. and 1 is myself. Welcome back Sophia, glad your ok and had a good time. It get's cold up there but I guess your used to it.

hi Leigh, in Creston BC, in the Rockies. Very nice area and I feel privileged I get to move there! Opposite of the Country from where I am from, I am from Yarmouth Nova Scotia and live in Ontario now. I have never been to the Rockies, but from what I have been told it is a trip I need to make someday, everyone who has been say that they are breathtaking! Congrats and best Wishes!!

get's cold up there but I guess your used to it. Creston has actually the highest mean temperature in the whole of Canada, it is situated in a valley and even in the winter it is very mild up there. In summer it is just perfect, hot but dry. I love it! As for your other words, no way we allow you to resign, you have no freedom there whatsoever. I am sure everybody will back me up on that! ;D It is so good to have you back Preston and I hope you have recovered completely from your illness.
