get a harness and extend the lead on it and let him outside to flapp and fly around but keep a hold tight on the lead. this will give him loads of exersise and keep him happy. But sadly this will not stop the flying around in the house as its a birds right to fly. I had to get madness clipped so he wouldnt end up killing himself with walls and such and he didnt crash to floor more like glided he could still fly a little but not get any height and it was safer than hitting walls. but they have grown back now and he has learnt that walls hurt so some good came of clipping. and now if he does try to fly he just does a little circle of the living room and back to his cage.

he has got to get used to his surroundings also try to close the curtains when he's out so he can keep track of the room when confident you can open the curtains i've got patio doors and when he started to fly he was hitting them until i close the curtains and when he got used to it he was ok.when i have a fag at the door he lands on my shoulder looking out of them lol hope this helps
