I taught Sam a neat trick today. He doesn't like to be touched at all and will bend over back wards and hang upside down to avoid my hand. Well when he did this I would say lets swing and rotate my arm down. Now I tell him "1, 2, 3, swing" and he throws his head back, hangs upside down from my hand and I swing him. He loves it so much I stopped and he nipped me. I also got him to talk more by taking him outside. I let him look out the window and I said "outside" he repeated "outside" and tapped the window with his foot. When I took him outside he saw a bird fly by and said "hi birdie". He saw my neighbor and said "hello" my neighbor did a double take and laughed when she saw Sam. He is a great bird.

jamio,
the breeder i bought my bird from had an amazon that would sit on his finger, he would point his other finger like a gun and yell "BANG" and the amazon fell backwards so fast it looked like he really was shot. it sounds similar to your trick and was absolutely hilarious.
