i had a TAG (Timneh) Named as (pauly) Dec 2004 he/she was about 8 months old , ;D in june 2005 Pauly starts talking ( hello, miaow, microwave sound etc.) then On October we got new Congo 18 months old , since then pauly went quiet only whistle (lots of whistling) pauly loves the congo and always want to come out of his cage to be with the congo, they kiss each other ;)and preen each other. However since we had the congo pauly has very rarely spoken any word. They are in separate cages and call to each other, we want to know why pauly has stopped his talking and should we keep them apart in different rooms. Or should we get a large cage and keep them together?.

It might be Pauly has stopped talking because he/she is now relating more to the Congo, especially as he/she wants to be with him, is whistling, and they kiss and preen. I have two but although they live in the same cage they don't preen each other. I don't think you should keep them in separate rooms because it is obvious they like each other and it is quite possible you could have them in the same cage.
