I gave Congo half of a raw carrot today and she loved it. I have given her cooked carrots and she didn't eat too much. I have been trying to introduce new food to her to see what she likes. She gets her normal hookbill mix every day and what ever else I give her to try.

Raw.
Something Nikko really likes is squash. Cook it a bit so it's soft, and then feed it with your fingers. Sweet potato is another good "finger" food.

Thanks, I got some corn at the pet store and Congo loved it. She still wont eat regular food from my hand, she still expects baby formula from the syringe when my hand is near her mouth. I am still looking for a snack she likes also.

I got some grapes from the grocery today and Congo wouldn't eat them. Lucky my rinkneck did eat them. I put some in for Rosy but she didn't eat them either. I will keep trying new things til I find something that works, I will also try again later with things she wouldn't eat.
Thanks for your help, John

I gave her red beans and rice last night and she wouldn't touch it. I gave some to Lucky and she ate some but didn't eat much. I haven't had her close to the table when I'm eating tho. I have seen the pics of Pete on your web page, I am not that close with Congo ... yet!! She is happy with hanging out on her play stand when I am eating but I am sure that will soon change. Just today while I was at the computer she flew (wings clipped) across the room and landed on my leg, she knows how to get my attention. It's only been 3 weeks, soon she will be my shadow.

Jenga changes her likes everyday. Some days she only wants peanuts, sometimes it's only raw carrots. I bet if i started to log her tastes, there'd be a pattern

Yea, mine seems to change what he likes often, too. I wonder why....
