why won't my Timneh eat her calcium block? If greys are notorious for being calcium deficient how can I be sure she is getting enough? She does like hard cheese in moderation

They often don't like calcium blocks and in fact these are not a very good way of getting it. Good sources include almonds, peas, kale, black and pinto beans (cooked beans). Greys tend to be calcium deficient not because of a lack of it in their diet but because of poor absorption. They can have yoghurt as well as hard cheese.

you can also get calcium for the water dishes, called calcivet a drop or two in the water does the trick . also large cuttle fish bones are ideal full of pure calcium but i only let madness have one every other week as he loves distroying them and im worried he will overdose on it lol. you can also scrape some cuttle fish or calcium block dust over the food and they can take it in that way aswell.

I wouldn't worry about him overdosing on cuttlefish bone. Although this is a good source of calcium, it is thought that the calcium from these is actually very poorly absorbed.
It is possible to overdose them with vitamin and mineral supplements though and these should be used with care.
