I don't know about this one specifically, but my breeder told me if you feed your bird a good quality pellet, you don't need to give them any supplements. Is this not true?

I was told the same thing Michelle. I feed Harrison's High Potency pellets, and it says on the bag not to give any supplements.

It is possible to overdose with vitamins. As she is eating pellets I would stop giving the vitamin supplement.

It sounds somewhat different to a straightforward vitamin powder then. With those you do have to be careful with dosage.
