hello is it normal for a greys feet to be very warm or is it something to worry about thanks

Warm feet might simply reflect the fact that your CAG is warm.
But exceptional warmness could indicate some sort of infection. Have you checked your CAG's feet? Does he have any cuts or abrasions on them? Are they swollen?

we have only had sidney for a week he is 19wks only and he has had very warm feet since we brought him home . he eats very well and plays and has an hour out of is cage every night which he looks forward to . we have looked at his fet and he dosent seem to have any cuts , he grinds his beek which we have been told that is a sign of contentment. should we we worried about his hot feet thanks lidia

No, he sounds all right. I wouldn't be worried if he seems comfortable and content and eats well. I assume his droppings are all okay too?
Yes, the grinding of the beak is a sign of contentment.

The body temperature is around 40 degrees C (104F), so they run hotter than us anyway. The blood flow to the feet is increased if the bird is hot, as a means of cooling down, and decreased if it is cold, and of course if one foot has been tucked up in its body, that one will feel warmer. Mine often have quite warm feet. If I have Mitzi on my lap her feet will feel quite warm even through my clothes.
