There is a thread on this forum all about toilet training, it is called "Pooping" and is on page 2 of the African Grey Parrots board. Another thing to do is to train the step-up command, if you haven't already. This is usually easy to do and involves teaching the bird to step onto your hand. Put your hand in front of Nikita, just above the feet and pushing the tummy slightly. At the same time say "step up" or something similar. As soon as Nikita lifts a foot or puts it on your hand give lots of praise.
Greys usually eat quite a bit in the mornings and snack during the day, then have another feed in the evening. How much food are you putting in? As he is still only three months it might be an idea to weigh him regularly to make sure he isn't losing weight. Greys like to eat when you are eating so Nikita might be waiting for your return.
There is quite a variation in talking, some start at a few months, some much later, the average is around a year. Just talk to Nikita as much as you can, they usually decide for themselves what they will say regardless of how much they hear something so normal conversation is better than repeating single words.
