jane if you are about what would you do with these. is it best to just give them the peas from inside or can i give them the whole thing and let them do it for them selfs. thanks

You can give the pods as they are but make sure they are well washed. Mitzi likes the Sugar Snap peas as well.

Joshua loves peas: mashed, steamed, raw, in the pod, he would eat them all day and all night if he could.

thanks for the answers ill give him them whole today then. what are sugar snap peas never heard of them and were do i get em from. thanks.

They are peas in the pod that we can eat, pod and all! They are similar to mange tout peas (the flat ones) but they are better in a way because they have nice fat peas inside. You can buy them in the supermarkets, usually they are pre-packed rather than loose.
P.S. On second thoughts, the peas in Sugar Snap peas are not fatter than the ordinary peas in pods, but they are fatter than the ones in mange tout peas, which are barely there!
