How big of a cage is "too big" for a grey?
Abby's house is 2x2x3 and it seems ok for her but, when we dream about winning the lottery, we talk about buying her a huge new cage. You know, one of those fill-the-room macaw-sized cages.
Is there a 'too big' size for a single grey?

I think the cage can be as big as you want as long as the bar spacing is right for a Grey. Some of the bigger cages suitable for macaws might not be suitable in that respect.

Jane is right; bar spacing is important. Most of us allow the bird to be free while supervised. Just make sure the cage is large enough to allow free movement when they are confined. 24x24x36 is a tad larger than Pete's and we experience no problems. It holds just enough toys to keep him occupied, but he loves to watch TV along with vocalise with his flock, that are in the same room. I guess that's where we get lucky; there is plenty of company for him here.
