My TAG Alex has been bobbing his head an awful lot..why?

He is either excited or he is regurgitating. If he is excited it is just a bobbing up and down whereas regurgitating is a sort of up, down and slightly backwards.

Well he hasn't regurgitated after (that happened once or twice though), but he does it and it seems like he is angry when he does...is that normal?

He might be, it is usually an emotional type of thing. They sometimes also do it when they want to fly somewhere or want something.

Joshua head bobs if he is impatient, or frustrated or annoyed. He sometimes follows up the head bobbing with beating a hard surface with his beak. He often bobs his head and then gives an indignant whistle.
On the other hand, he could be bobbing his head along with the rhythm of music or singing. Is he doing that?

I don't think so...but he does do what your AG does. He bangs his beak on a hard surface too.

Sounds like he's trying to tell you something! That is almost always a follow-up to a head-bob of impatience from Joshua.
