Resham,
You're NOT being patient enough with Tango. You have made huge changes in his life, very quickly, without giving him time to adjust. He clearly spends too long in his cage and gets frustrated, and you are not building trust with him.
You should go back to the 'advice' thread you first posted in, and make sure you're really doing what is suggested there. It is NOT Tango's fault he does not trust you, you have to work at it.
You recently got a cockatoo which you spend a lot of time with and give a lot of attention to, I have no doubt whatsoever that this has added to poor Tango's sense of insecurity.
Greys are not like other parrots, their emotional needs are quite different.
Furthermore, if he is a wild-caught bird, as Adib suggested, then you will have to be even more patient and understanding with him, as he may be very traumatised by separation from his flock and the "outside".
I strongly urge you to take another look at how you're treating him, how much time you're spending with him, and how secure he feels.
