When you select a subject there is a button at the top that says New Topic. Click and post away.

Just realised whats going on.. posting a new topic is not allowed on my Pc since im surfing the net from my work now, and iam connected via intranet. This specific page is kinda blocked by websence and posting topics is not allowed, actually a few functions are not even visible anyways, i guess i have to compimise in reading and replying to topics only. Thanks

It should not be blocked... posting a message is not really different from a reply. Anyway, try typing vdnent.proboards41.com/index.cgi?board=Test&action=post to post a message. Change the red part (italics) into the board where you wish to post and off you go!

If you can reply, you should be able to start a new topic. The new topic button is only seen in the general area of the subject. Click on general and you will see all of the existing threads. look top right and you will see NEW TOPIC. You should be able to use it. No corporate software can erase the features of this board, it simply would not let it load. Hope this helps.
