Yesterday I brought a new cockatiel, he's yellow with bits of grey, he is 8 weeks old, anyway brought him home, took him out the box, and he is flying to me, grooming me, and won't leave us alone, so far he's a great bird, and i've only had him 1 day! I will upload some photos later of him So far, I am thinking Oscar or Nibbles for the name, because he seems to like nibbling peoples nails and eye lids

I have 5 cockatiels and they really are very sweet and alot of fun! Good luck with your new baby!

Yeah, I've had loads in the past, this is my 6th I think, i've got 2 cockatiels atm.

We have 4, 2 of which are proven mates, the other two are some of the offspring. They are a fantastic "middle of the road" parrot. More fun than a parakeet and easier to care for emotionally than a Grey. Nibbles is a good name.
