Do cockatiels mate like rabbits or something? Our cockatiels laid eggs which have already hatched, and now she just laid another egg!!!

Yes they do! Place a grate in the bottom of the cage so she can't make a nest and it will stop. That is from first hand experience. Our pair had 9 chicks, one was culled for some reason and died, and 8 lived to be very tame happy birds. We kept two an gave 6 away to folks we know so we get reports.
