Ok I got my beautiful baby Grey last sunday, and she's a darling, but I'm not sure on potty training, any tips would be greatly appreciated. G PS: how do I post a picture here?

There are a number of poo, potty-training and related threads on the forum. You could try those first, and come back if they're not what you're looking for. Essentially, it's about reinforcing positive feedback for the behaviour you want and closely observing the body language and the pre-poo shimmy that the birds do. Lidia

When the bird starts to do that "pre-poo shimmy" Lidia was talking about, gently hold the bird's tail down (keeping it from pooping), take it to a poop zone, and give the "poop" command. Do a search on google for parrot potty training, and you will find several articles. Also go to this link and type in "potty" for the search term, and you will get 5 hits: www.birdsnways.com/birds/articles.htm#search
