Hi Mark, I'm glad you have settled in, and down. It is hard to tell new owners to give their new friend time to calm down. We don't have all the answers, especially the medical ones, but if we tell you a rooster can plow; hitch him up! . The problem was spelling on your avitar; we spell willey differantly here. I sent you the address, and you typed in your version which was unlike my file name. I noticed the problem and changed the spelling to yours on the FTP server. The only thing that matters is that we are on the same page. Bingo! Your in the club..

What's more interesting is: your grey talks like Prime Minister Blair, and mine has a John Wayne twang. What a mix Huh?

I hope my little one does not talk like any politician either...we would be in a mess as they always say they will do things and then once in never do! unlike our great little ones we have on this forum.....all the best to all!!!

It actually wasn't a political thing; I just don't know any other British people. I would have sited George Bush as a Texan, but didn't wan't everyone to know that we keep the wrong animal in a cage over here!

I now have an image in my head of a cabal of grey parrots, lounging about, each speaking with a different accent, like little heads of state, discussing life, the universe and everything.

Ranae and Pearl here, Since I am still relatively new to the forum, I don't mean to be too personal, but the whole accent conversation has me curious. Where is everyone from? I have noticed the different writing styles and use of language between us (which I think is pretty cool.) Anyway, I'm in Lansing, Michigan. Not such a grey question...haha. Ranae

I am from Utah currently. My mom is from Finland and my dad is from Scotland, so I feel both those places are part of me. I was born in Oregon, lived in Mississippi and in Washington State, and spent every summer of my life in Canada. So I'm from a bit of everywhere.
