4 more days until i get my baby home!! wooo hooo!!! ;D
i am a bit worried about bringing him home in this cold weather, it has been below zero all week. we will keep the car running and warm and wrap his box in a blanket befor we walk out the door. we will take every precaution but the little guy is only 10 wks old and i worry so.
praying for a heat wave,
Patty

You could wear a warm or fleecy jacket and carry him against your bosom with your hands around him, this will keep him well warmed and comfortable.

I love that name . Must be a Lord of the Rings fan, huh? Did you find out anymore about the calf mana the breeder uses?

that sassy bird was supposed to be a girl,,, i wanted to name it Gracie,,, my hubby got to pick the boy name and he is a lord of the rings fan. ya win some ya lose some, i'll probably just call him mommy's pretty baby anyway. as for the calf manna, i let it drop. i love the bird, he seems healthy, i'll take him to the vet to make sure, and once he is home i'll know exactly what he is eating. did i mention only 3 more days?!?!

Gandalf is absolutely adorable, I hope the trip home with him goes well (I am sure it will). You could get a little fleecy baby blanket to put around him if you hold him, or put him on your lap during the journey.

A fine looking Grey!! I'm sure by the picture he will never be without, and that's what matters most of all. The question of: Cage VS Tree should never be asked on a Grey forum, I vote cage!!

What a lovely baby. I would suggest that any Christmas decorations are in place before he arrives home rather than introducing them once he is in the room.
