We have had our grey for 14 years, since she was two, my wife and I were her first owners.
She has bonded with me but lately she has started giving me very painful bites.
Wondering what to do? Besides applying plasters, I mean!
She is also plucking, we think due to neighbours who are very noisy.

Plucking is not a good sign.
Nor is getting bit.
Might be a hormone attack.

I read in a book on AG's that some woman had a bird for over 20 years, but there were two weeks out of the year she couldn't get near it without getting bit.
