Hello and welcome to the forum.
Greys prefer to choose their partners and unlike some bird species there is no guarantee that a male and a female will breed; they might not even get on. They might not necessarily bond at all. Is the male definitely a male? He is behaving more like a female.
My male and female live in the same cage but they don't sit next to each other or preen each other.

Jane DNA paper are with me and i sure that he is a male. should i remove the box so they can spend time together and maybe set it up later if they bond.

What is the set up with the cage at the moment? They can be very territorial. You have to be careful introducing them and go slowly. He might be going in the box a lot because he is nervous about your female or he is trying to establish his own space. Mine were in separate cages to start with.
