There was a photo in the local newspaper of the empty city centre, with one pigeon. I think with no-one around and nowhere open the pigeons will lose their usual supply of food. Similarly with seagulls.

It is many years since I have seen a pigeon. The seagulls rarely come around here. Because of staying home, we have not traveled to where the seagulls usually are. We still have lots of other birds around.

They must wonder why their usual food supply has disappeared.
One positive thing is that with all the lockdowns around the world there has been a huge drop in air pollution.

Read where the water in the canals in Venice is now clear. Price of gas is now lower than I can remember in a long, long time. Of course it's cheap - there's nowhere to go.
