I had a new baby 3 weeks ago. She has the hiccups several times per day. The birds picked up on that and yesterday evening, they were hiccuping. It was pretty funny.
They copy my two toddlers more and more too and this morning hollered the name of my 3 yr old boy, Ronan. Ronan found it funny and said, "Mommy, they are calling me!!"

Congratulations on the new baby.
That is funny, things could get quite confusing in your house!

Thank you for the well wishes!! We've been busy the past month. The baby is settling down, and Manzi and Maui are getting used to the addition.
My boy loves to feed Manzi and Maui, but with Manzi being so aggressive towards the kids, I get scared of him getting bit and try to stop him from feeding the birds when I'm not right with him. Since Manzi has been loving on Maui, he is more aggressive with strangers. Manzi can be a bit aggressive towards me, but he has settled into a routine with me. With others though, he is very aggressive and is constantly lunging at them.
I haven't spent a lot of time lately having my kids feed the parrots, so I think I need to get back into doing that regularly (and with visitors), so Manzi calms down around others.
