You can walk out your back door with a broom and crows will just look at you.
Walk out with a shotgun and they scatter.

I used to feed the wild birds with the leftovers from the parrots bowls. One, usually a crow or a jackdaw, would wait on the roof and when I came out of the house it would call and alert the others that breakfast was being served. I stopped because the big birds would fight with each other and the smaller birds didn't get a look in.

That happens here. The big birds and furry critters hog the bird feeders.
