We just had a new sofa delivered today for the den. One of the delivery men asked if Chy was a cockatoo. (He obviously was not a bird person.) When I said she was an African Grey, he went to her cage and started whistling to her. We had her locked up during the delivery. When the guy stopped whistling, Chy said, "Well, are you going to say hi?" Then both guys started talking to her. She responded to them. One guy asked if she could sing so she started singing.
They thought she was amazing. When they said so, Chy started laughing. The guys suggested we film her and put her on YouTube.

Chy is amazing. I wish Mitzi was as good, she just growls at anyone she doesn't know.

Neither Manzi nor Maui are like that either. Both will growl at strangers, but Manzi tends to be somewhat more friendly and will warm up to people given treats. They usually don't make a peep till the visitors leave.

They usually don't make a peep till the visitors leave. So great they all have different personalities just like people. Sid will only growl if someone gets in his face at the cage, Otherwise if they sit down and visit, he will says hello, and just start showing off for the visitors attention.
