I found this Youtube video to be very sad, I often wonder what will happen to Sheeba once I am gone. My family will be okay, I just hope Sheeba can get a good home.

I have an understanding with my son, who rents a room from me, ergo he lives with me.
Beaker and him are buddies, so I am sure he will be well cared for in the event something happens to me.

Oh my that tears my heart out, my Sid is only 13, and I am 66, luckily in very good health but no one knows the future. Sinbad looks very lucky to have a good family to care this much for him and their mother. I think he will be well cared for. Thank you for sharing this.

Something I think about, I'm fairly young (43), but who knows, the wife and I could go down with a plane, or just go out to dinner and get hit by a drunk driver. I hope my brother will take Ash, but her heart will be broken, and that makes me very sad just thinking about it.

I worry about this with my guys too. I have my birds in our Will and am pretty sure they'll be well cared for with a good friend of mine (who's a vet tech).
I watched that video a week or so ago and it made me cry.

I get very upset when I lose a pet. When I bought Max knowing how long greys live, I said he would cry for me instead of the other way around. Little did I know that he would break my heart by dying young.
My daughter is an animal lover and is raising her son to love them too. I am sure Chy will be well taken care of. My daughter is one of the people Chy will go to without hesitation.

I hope my kids are animal lovers. I notice that my boy is a lot more interested in animals than my daughter. Both seem to like animals though, but my boy is always trying to feed the birds treats (many times per day). They are still too young to really handle the birds though (my kids are 2 and 3 yrs old).
