I sprayed Mitzi while she was on her stand. While she let me do it she was clearly not impressed and her face showed it - she looked glum and she stared at me as if to say: "Don't do that again"
It was so unlike the earnest expression she has on her face when she wants something and thinks she can communicate telepathically.

Chy doesn't like being sprayed. She says, "Stop it. Go away." If I don't stop, she says, "Poo on you" which is her way of cursing.

I posted this before but if I try to spray Ruby now when she's out of her cage she goes into full-on assault/attack mode. I'd much prefer a bad expression or 'poop on you' comment haha!

You almost start to think that their feathers are exposed nerve endings.

If I spray her while she is the cage she lunges at my hand, I have to keep it at a distance.
