Hi everyone I live in Glasgow Scotland. I have my first African Gray (Ozzy) I have had him for 3 weeks now, I think he is around 13/14 years old, the chap I bought him from said he was 8 years old in the advert then when I got there he said Ozzy was 10,however his leg band says 02?I would love if some of you guys could give me some tips. Thanks in advance Jim C.

Welcome to the forum.
The first tip should be to take things slowly. Let Ozzy set the pace. If he is talkative like my Chyloe, he will probably tell you outright if he doesn't want something. Otherwise, watch his reaction and don't force him. You need to gain his trust. Talk quietly to him. Let him come out of the cage and use treats to get him back in.
If you have specific questions, we are here for you.
