Hello and Welcome! I am glad that you found us. It looks like Smokey is now well equipped with a cage filled with a variety of toys. Your flock is beautiful. All of us live with the daily challenges, fun and ultimate heart warming experiences of having Greys as part of our family. Congratulations! Grant

Welcome to the forum. Glad to hear Smokey is in good health and now has a beautiful cage with toys.
If you have any questions, we are here to help. Greys are so intelligent but can be emotional too.
Hopefully, Smokey will forget the bad words when he doesn't hear them anymore but no guarantee.
We love to hear stories about our greys.

ty all I'am hoping he forgets those bad words to , all I can figure out is he must have heard these words for a long time , I was told by his 2nd owner that his first owner had teenagers in the house so think that's where the swear words came form ,he says ouch then a bad word so he bit someone and they said ouch and then a bad word they must have done this a lot for him to keep repeating it , his second owner said she would hear him do that every now and then , but she really didn't spend any time with him she has a lot of animals , about 8 cats and she is on a farm and she has some goats and chickens and she just had a set of human twin babys another thing he trys his best to get to my shoulder I really have to watch his movements because he is fast , when I tell him no he says ouch lol and he does talk in a males voice o yea he will cuss at you and laugh he is going to take some time and patience I see that but that's ok I have lots of time

Hello and welcome to the forum. It is difficult to tell really because sometimes they pick up words very quickly, especially if there is some drama attached to them such as the response to a bite. Conversely there can be word and phrases they hear time and time again and never repeat.
