Hey every one I'm owned by a 6 YO CAG NEMo he's been with me since nov. 2011 adopted him cause his last parents had no time for him and he began to pluck, He still does not as much tho!!! It's been a great experience since he's been with me. He was every fearful of me at first now all he wants is my attention all day he loves to cuddle and his head scratches I did take him to the vet back in feb. now it's time to go back for a follow up hope everything goes well...I feed him Harrison's adult lifetime pellets, Fresh fruits and Veggies everyday just got him a huge dome top double cage not to say he was in a small one Just wanted to give him more space now I've been making and buying lots of different foraging toys he is learning how to forage now. I do a lot of research online and am noticing that every bird is different so not everything I read may apply. I am looking forward to hearing about everyone's ups and downs hoping there's more ups tho!!! I enjoy these forums hope there's more traffic on this site
Thanks for having me and NEMo

Welcome Nemocag.
That is a wonderful story. The world is smaller than we think, especially the world of greys.

Thanks guys I had a nice size cage for him but it wasn't as big one of the reasons I alway's had him out of the cage when I seen this one on line for $125.00 with tree stand boing and a few other items i couldn't let it go knowing that a bigger cage is what they should have he does seem more happy now

Tell me about it!!! I can sell my old cage for more then that but I'm a hold on to it looking into getting another grey even tho this cage comes with a gate so I can separate each side I don't know if when I get my new grey they will ever want to be that close to each other plus I have to Keep them away from each other for at least 60 days and have him checked out for good health by my vet

is it ok to just let my greys door open all day or should I leave her in her cage sometimes?
