Today I have run into the house twice to answer a phone; that only greets me with a dial tone. I swear if Cochi had lips he was smiling! He has perfected the ring tone on my phone! I wonder what next? Laura and Cochi

That is so cute! Pearl hasn't picked up my ring tone yet because I only have a cell phone and it's ring is the song, "Brick House." I am not sure if anyone besides the Americans will know the song, but it's pretty funny! LOL. Anyway, she is still funny. She loves to laugh when I'm laughing, and she's a great little whistler. Of course, "thank-you" is still her favorite phrase. She has decided that she is fascinated by the dogs, and she climbs down to the bottom of her cage to touch nose-to-beak with them. Still, if they get too interested, she gives them a warning hiss. LOL. I think the moderated chat room is a great idea. It is sad that people would abuse it in such a manner, I would hate to think of someone actually taking such horrible advice (as many have said) but it would be great to have a live convo. Well, there's my 2 cents. LOL.

Sorry to ask the same question as so many others, but where do I send Pearl's picture so she can be on my message posts? Is it to you, Preston? Thanks!

Pete will do the Beatles; his part is "Get Back Loretta" the rest is a repeat of "Joe Joe" while swaying side to side making the sound of snapping fingers. He whistles many tunes and even applaudes himself afterwards; he is a nut, and I would not trade for him, ever.

Thank you so much! I will do it as soon as I can (I'm not very computer savvy--LOL) and I realized that I actually left my digital camera at my parent's house, so I will have to go out and pick it up tomorrow. I realized today that people might think I'm making up my bird since I don't have a cute pick up like everyone else. LOL. That was a cute story about Pete, I really hope that someday Pearl will be able to do those type of things. Even if she never does, though, she's still the greatest and her little bird kisses make it all worth while!

I am so with u on this, ringing my phone is charlies way of getting me out of the kitchen and back into the lounge with him. They are so smart eh. Also when me and my partner lived together, we bought a new leather sofa so our dog (cleo) was not allowed to jump on it. I swear charlie willed her to jump on it, just so he could tell her, "no cleo, get down, oooohhhh.

Lily knows the home ring and hubby's cell ring. I have run for the phone also only to find out is her when I hear her having a conversation!! She uses hubby's voive when she rings his phone and will go on and on. "Hello. Yes Sir, Oh , Ok, No, Cool, Ok Bye Bye". Then she will use my voice when she is on the home phone ring having a long conversation and laughing and saying "hello. Do you want to talk to Sherry ? How are you? Fine. What ya doin? Oh Ok. Yes, I know....." etc. They are just such mimicks!! It is so funny to hear what I sound like on the phone.... hahaha They are ALOT of fun and company for sure

Well jack learned something new and I didn't even know. I was sitting in the other room last night and he started making the noise of the CO2 detector. SO here I am running around like a fool and then he laughed at me.
